Before you email

These five cover most of what comes in:

Reset password

Tap "Forgot password?" on the login screen. A reset link lands in your inbox within a minute (check spam). Links expire after an hour.

Cancel a subscription

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so we can't cancel them server-side. On iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Ahead AI. On Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Restore purchases on a new device

Open the app → Paywall → "Restore". Use the same Apple ID or Google account that bought the original subscription.

Export my data

Settings → Export Data. You get a JSON file with everything we hold. Or email privacy@aheadai.pro.

Delete my account

Settings → Delete Account. This is immediate and irreversible. Backups are purged within seven days.

When we don't reply

If you haven't heard from us in 48 hours, your email probably hit spam on our side. Resend with "URGENT" in the subject — or try hello@aheadai.pro as a fallback.
